Hotel Accommodations

The conference will be held in the Huntley Lodge in Big Sky, Montana. In addition to the standard hotel rooms (without air conditioning) in the Huntley Lodge and condominiums (with air conditioning) in the Shoshone, upscale rooms and suites (with air conditioning) are available in the Summit Hotel (within easy walking distance).

Reservations can be made by calling the Big Sky Reservation center (recommended) or via Fax. You can call the hotel toll-free within the USA at 1-800-548-4486  or, from outside the US, at (406) 995-5000. Alternatively, you can download and fill out the Hotel Registration Form and fax it to the Big Sky Reservation Center at (406) 995-5001. If you don't receive an e-mail confirmation of your reservation within 24 hours, please contact the Reservation Center at the phone number(s) given above.
