Description |
This pair of binoculars has curved tapered brass barrels, covered with panels of yellow-colored mother-of-pearl. The objective lenses are achromatic doublets, contained in brass cells. It has brass tubes, single eyepiece lenses, and disc-shaped eyecups, made of mother-of-pearl. The frames and all other metal parts are lightly gold-plated brass. Focusing is done with a thumbwheel. |
